Bridgeport
Village Development Application
APG worked with Opus Northwest and Center Oak Properties to prepare
the necessary application materials and obtain land use approvals for
the Bridgeport Village development, located in the cities of Tualatin
and Tigard. APG coordinated submittal of the architectural, landscape
and engineering elements for the Tualatin Design Review Board and the
Public Facilities review of the Bridgeport Village application. When
developed, Bridgeport Village will provide more than 600,000 square
feet of new, high-quality retail and office space, structured parking,
and significant off-site transportation improvements. [back]
Beaverton School District Land Use Applications
Angelo Planning Group has worked extensively with the Beaverton
School District to complete a number of land use applications including
Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Conditional Use Permits, Design Review,
Lot Line Adjustments, and administrative land use reviews. Staff at
APG has worked on the following types of land use applications for the
Beaverton School District:
Type 2 and Type 3 Conditional Use, Design Review and Tree Plan applications for school expansions at Sunset High School, HiteonElementary School, and Kinnaman Elementary School;
Type 3 Special Use and Development Review applications for a new elementary school in North Bethany (Springfield Elementary);
Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change designation from Residential to Institutional and facilitate the future development of a new elementary school
Type 3 Design Review, Special Use nd Master Plan applications for the three-phase expansion of Aloha Park School facilities;
Beaverton School District Facilities Plan Update;
Amendment to Washington County's Comprehensive Plan to facilitate the expansion of the Aloha Park School Facilities

Central School District
Angelo Planning Group (APG) has worked extensively with the Central School District to complete a number of land use applications including Conditional Use Permits, Design Review, and Site Plan Review. Staff at APG has worked on the following types of land use applications to successfully gain project approval for the Central School District:
Conditional Use and Site Design Review applications for a major expansion at Central High School;
Site Plan Review application for new soccer fields and administrative offices at Ash Creek Elementary School;
Site Plan Review applications for Monmouth Elementary School, Central High School, Independence Elementary School and Henry Hill Elementary School to add portable classrooms;
Site Plan Review application for a school expansion at Talmadge Middle School. [back]
Tualatin Valley Fire District
APG has worked closely with the Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue District to secure land use approvals for six new fire stations and one expanded station, as well as improvements at the Regional Training Facility in Washington County . APG worked closely with the building architects and was responsible for preparing the development applications for the following new or expanded TVF&R fire stations:
Station 34 ( Expanded , SW 90th Court and Tualatin-Sherwood Road )
The development applications prepared included: “Special Use” applications (similar to conditional uses), Conditional Use appliations, Design Review, Variance, Adjustments, Parking Determinations, Director's Interpretations and Temporary Use applications for temporary stations. Neighborhood meetings and public hearings were required for almost every application.
Washington County Commuter Rail
APG took the lead role on all of the land use permitting associated with the Washington County Commuter Rail Project. Mary Dorman served as project manager for a range of complex land use applications for four commuter rail stations, three park and ride lots, and a maintenance facility in the jurisdictions of Wilsonville, Tualatin, Tigard, and Beaverton . The commuter rail project is designed to support mixed use development in designated Town Centers and Regional Centers and the land use applications required careful balancing of multiple land use, development code, transportation and design objectives.
