Public Facility Plans

In Oregon, Public Facility Plans are required elements of comprehensive land use plans. Public Facility Plans provide an analysis of existing infrastructure, and future demands from growth and development. These plans address planned improvements in the infrastructure, estimated timing and financing strategies. APG can provide assistance to identify and address concerns of property owners impacted by projects; we have staff who are skilled in preparing land use applications, providing testimony at public hearings, and working with permitting agencies to negotiate conditions of approval.
