Public Facility Plans

In Oregon, Public Facility Plans are required elements of comprehensive land use plans. Public Facility Plans provide an analysis of existing infrastructure, and future demands from growth and development. These plans address planned improvements in the infrastructure, estimated timing and financing strategies. APG’s knowledge of infrastructure development and financing has lent invaluable assistance to several communities as they addressed their future investment for capital improvements.
